Like Audrey, she participated in several tricycle basketball games and couldn’t walk afterwards, and coached many sports at the principal’s demand. Now she writes books about feisty women and the men who love them. She lives in Virginia in a tiny house with her husband, kids, three shelter cats, a tortoise, beardy, and a bunny who rules them all.
